The LMS can't add CuraCourse

If the LMS reports an unknown platform, an invalid client, or a signature error, check that the client ID and URLs match in both your LMS and CuraCourse. For Canvas, switch the key On before adding it to CuraCourse. Keep test and live setups separate.

A grade is missing

Open the LMS link once as the instructor. Then, in CuraCourse, go to Course settings → LMS. It shows each link's assignment, its grade column, and the last error. Fix the problem and choose Resend grades.

CuraCourse asks you to open it in a new tab

Some LMS pages show CuraCourse inside the page, where browsers block sign-in. CuraCourse then shows Open CuraCourse, which opens it in a new tab. To skip this step, set the tool in your LMS to open in a new window.
